Greer Ranch HOA

I sure am tired of dodging children playing in the streets. Someone will get hurt, these kids just dart out from everywhere. What are the HOA rules on children roaming the area, and getting into neighbors yards. My children play in their backyard or the surounding park areas. Where are these parents that need to be supervising these children? Does anyone feel like this too?
