I am very interested in keeping the neighborhood looking its best. My concern is the overgrown yards on vacant properties. How do we go about contacting the owners to clean up their properties? One property has a "for sale" sign in front of it, so I have called the Realtor, who promised to contact the owner, but no action has been taken yet. I continue to call, but have gotten no further response from the Realtor. Any suggestions?
