I brought up a problem to a Civic Club member about a shack that was built ..without a permit and is over my border line. Deed restriction does not allow any type of construction on the side of the residence. It was explained to me that it is allowed in your back yard but this shack still exist on the side of the house and on my property line. I gave a copy  of my property survey to the Club member and was told that the shack would eventually come down. Why do we have DEED RESTRICTIONS when nothing is being done to enforce them. Now there is a small tree to try and hide this building.... What's going to be done about this?????? Betty Earl has my original property survey...this is a long ongoing issue. HELP!

It's been months and still no response... this person still has christmas lights on the house and ignored the news letter put out that they should all be removed by February and we are now in July. This person illegally tampers with the water meter and now has the meter leaking into the streets, which drains all down Wayfarer Lane noticable. To the point that some areas of this water stands and will be breeding grounds for mosquitoes. Let's see... how many deed restrictions did this person violate..1. Built an illegal storage shed that is a fire hazzard on the side of the house..2. christmas lights still up...3. parks vehicles and trailer on the yard....4. never got written permission to paint the house blue...5. Has multiple oil leaks in the driveway.... how many violations more does the Gulf Meadows Civic Club need to actually do the right thing and correct these deed violations?????????????? And we pay dues for what again???????????
