The men who were doing this are no longer coming to our neighborhood.  Their trucks have not been seen since I had a talk with the police woman and then followed her advice and put our area on high alert.  The city also came out and washed the street so a lot of the burn marks are now gone.

Since I usually stay up until 1:00am or 2:00am I will continue to keep a lookout for them just in case they come back.

Now all I have to do is to get whoever is playing loud music (now playing hispanic songs) starting around 10:00pm on Friday and going until 2:00am Saturday for the past few weeks.  They do the same thing on Saturday night.  So tonight I am hoping to get a lot of rest so I can go out driving around tomorrow night to find out who is doing this and report them to the police also.  I am sure it is either a new club that is blaring the music out its doors or some young person who either doesn't know it is against the law or doesn't care.  Fines for loud music being played after 10:00pm range from $100 to $10,000.00 depending upon a judge's discretion.  Anyone who knows anything about this should contact the police at 713-884-3131 and lodge a complaint against them.
