Should we post the homeowners association documents  under "Pages & Links"?

I just found myself wondering if the Lake Villa Estates sign ownership is spelled out there.

I'm inclined to at least scan them and then make them available that way.  Of course that assumes that I can even find them....

I'm also curious how many people may not even know that such a document exists.  Kari (wife) and I had a discussion that questioned whether the documents are even still in force.

Anyone else care to comment?
