I have read all the posts over the displeasure with Mr. Brown, HOA fees and HOA practices. I do agree that the only option currently available to us may be to withhold funds but I would strongly recommend not resorting to that at this time. Please read over the deed restrictions to understand the legal ramifications for one who refuses to pay HOA fees; particularly Article IV Sections 7-13. Since we have now scheduled an audience with Mr. Brown, I would like to see what can be accomplished through this forum before we move to drastic measures.
I think it would be a good idea to coordinate our efforts prior to the meeting. Would anyone like to participate in a pre-meeting discussion prior to Feb 13?
