Hello!
I am interested in how my dues have been managed and invested. Are you? Once a year the Board gives out a finance report that spells out how our dues and reserve monies have been managed and spent. Have you ever really looked at one of these reports? Could you really tell if monies had been spent wisely or misappropriated from these reports? I couldn't either!
I wonder if any of the Board members could stand up and explain each item on the list. What it meant, what was paid out and why, what contractor service bids were chosen over another, etc.
I think these reports could be presented in a more "user friendly" format so that we could all understand what they say and mean.
What are your thoughts on this suggestion??
