This is to keep a threaded discussion going about the St. Patrick's windows. The intent is to work together to understand:
* What damage are you seeing in your unit related to water intrusion through the windows, or to the windows themselves?
* What businesses are available to inspect the windows? What are their quotes, and what is required from the homeowners?
* What damage is the homeowner responsible for vs. the HOA?
* What, specifically, is causing damage? (water through bricks, water through windows, rotting wood, etc...)
* What is the recommended course of action to correct damage and to prevent future damage?
