I know this may seem naive, but I don't know where to go to pay my HOA fees. I recently divorced and I have no idea how this was done. Any ideas? I know it isn't through my loan bank, so.....

Also, where our fees going???? I recall going to a meeting where so many things were promised and 2 years later I see nothing. Just curious. Thank you!  Laughing

Well I actually have the same question on WHERE DO THE DUES GO! I have lived in the community since 2007 and besides a flag pole at the entry and a piece of land in the flood zone that gets cut every now and then I have seen nothing. I have just made my formal request in writing to review the last 3 years of financial records for our HOA. In addition are you aware that since 2009 the HOA has proceeded to foreclose on 6 homes that's 6 families that have been put in financial stress even though we have no amenities. I am for paying my dues to the Armadillo Homes Community behind us at least there is a pool and park. As for the homes just look up in BCAD.org  in our community and see how many homes our HOA owns. Oh by the way if you search by name you will have to search by TWO names SA PARK PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC  and SA PARK PLACE HOAINC. Not sure why two names but Owell!Cool

I am curious if anyone has answered your questions yet? I too have emailed the board with no response. A little unprofessional.
