After walking around the village since we moved in on December 27, 2000, it has come to our attention that the white pickett fences being installed by the builder are an embarrassment. Main posts are cracked and disfigured, the individual members are rough, and the paint job is third class work. These fences should be removed and replaced at the builder's expense with a the level of quality that we all expected to receive as a part of our substantial unit costs. If not, we'll all be paying for their considerable future upkeep, or replacement, with our money.
