Since the establishment of the Hairston Bridge Townhomes Association, Inc (HTBA) in 1986 the association begain with a board that began laying a foundation by the establishment of covenants and by-laws that would go to keep our fee-simple townhome community at it's best and highest level in a changing and fast paced area of Dekalb County.
