Litter Pick Up/Adobt A Road

Monthly Participation

You may have noticed the new Adopt A Road sign as you approach the community entrance showing our name as the managers of the portion of road immediate to the front of our community. We want to manage and ensure our community and the immediate area around it is clean and excellent as all times. We hope you will become involved in our first program for 2007 which is already on the way and in its second month our Monthly Litter Management Program. We need your help and for you participate in this as it will benifit the community as a whole in keeping our community clean. You can meet us at the mail center at 8am if you get there after 8am we will be in the community or on the immediate area in front on South Hairston as we manage the litter on the island and our side of the road from Rockbridge to Fairforest (Freedom Middle School entrance). You dont have to wait until the community gathering if you see any litter while in the community please take a moment and pick it up and place it in any of the trash cans that will be placed at the mail center area. **these trash cans are NOT for personal garbage** any question email us at hairstonbridge@yahoo.com or leave it in the association mail slot. thanks in advance for a great 2007 and for volunteering.
