I want to thank everyone who came out to last month meeting. If everyone at last months meeting brings just one person with them this month, it would show our local representatives how concerned our residents are with what goes on in our neighborhood. Remember…strength in numbers !!!
There will be a representative from Dept. of Design and Construction at this months meeting. While it’s very early in the process, we are hoping that he will be able to answer some of the questions we have regarding the construction of the bulkheads (starting with James Court/163rd Drive). I also hope to have answers from the MTA and Con Ed as to when they will be completing the project by the boardwalk. What is there now is totally unacceptable.
Spring is in the air……and kids will be playing in the streets.
