Not many people realize the time and effort that goes toward all the record keeping and organization of the payments received for annual dues. Not only that, but news letters, meetings, mailings, depositing dues, bank statements and retrieving mail from our post office box. This is all done on personal time. The trustees work together to get these tasks done. As records need to be kept in one location for obvious reasons, they happen to be at Brenda Groves home.
Brenda donates countless hours to maintaining our records, making sure they're updated and correct. She also goes above and beyond keeping us ALL informed through our website. You've all noticed that she is our primary poster of issues/information on our talk about it, as well as searching local events out for our Calendar.
