Just a note to let everyone know that we are aware of the downed tree at the second entrance. We have been told by a few people that the 4-wheelers in the neighborhood knocked it down. We do not know whether that is what happened or that a car slid on the ice. As soon as the weather breaks, we will be removing it. Hopefully, we will be replanting a tree. That, of course, will depend on whether we can afford it. If we do not have enough money to replace it, we will definitely do something to make it presentable. Remember, the homeowner dues is what funds the maintenance of the 2 entrances, access lot and detention area. If everyone does not pay their fair share, we will not be able to replace the tree.
4 wheelers

I think it's obvious a 4 wheeler ran over our tree, the tracks are very visable. First of all, they're NOT STREET LEGAL!!! I know I'll be calling the Law when I see them out. As for paying for a replacement tree....it's a shame we have to worry about funds to pay for ONE tree when we should have PLENTY of money if everyone would only PAY their 30.00..whooptiiiiido!! PAY YOUR DUES PEOPLE! I'd like to find the law breaker riding the 4 wheeler and let THEM replace the tree on top of the 30.00 fee they probably HAVEN'T PAID!
THAT'S ALL
Downed tree

Obviously you are not aware of what a quadrunnder can and can not do. A 4 wheeler can not run over and totally uproot a tree of that size. The people in this neighborhood who have quadrunners are not the people who are destroying property. It is the people who are getting drunk and out to have some fun that are destructive.
get the facts!

You people amaze me, the downed tree was caused by a car wreck in early Febuary. A truck was heading south on Lockbourne industrial while a car was going west on Obetz Rd, someone was wreckless and had an accident knocking the tree down, but yet it is easier to blame it on a 4 wheeler. I was a witness to the accident but if you had any idea you could search public records and read the accident report taken from a 13th precint Columbus police officer. So before you bad mouth anyone get the facts people! Thanks, Nick@ 1500 Tera Alta
