I JUST OPENED MY MAIL AND THINK THIS FORM IS REDICULUS. PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE. WHO CARES?

The form you received, if it's from Hamilton Highlands Homeowner Association, is simply the final notice on a legal form. We've sent numerous reminders to pay dues. It would help if you'd identify yourself, so we would know this is what you're referring to as ''Ridiculous''. I will have to assume that it is.
Your home will have a lien placed on it if your dues aren't paid by 9/3/04.
We've explained time after time what they're used for. You can find that information on the website.
