On that site you may submit service requests for a variety of city services: abandoned vehicles, schedule bulk pick-up, code violations, potholes, sidewalks etc.
You may also access the service by calling 311 on your phone. Cell phone users and non-SBC customers can access the same services by calling 645-3111.
