This is a great neighborhood to walk your dog, but please know that every dog owner/walker doesn't like to be approached by a dog OFF a leash.

This is the LAW:

Confinement: An owner must contain a dog on his or her property and maintain ''reasonable control'' of it elsewhere. Penalties: $150.00, then $250.00 and 30 days in jail.

License display: A tag must be displayed on a dog's collar or harness at all times, even on the owner's property. Penalty: $100.00

Licensing: A dog 3 months or older must be licensed annually by Jan, 31; and a new dog, licensed immediately. Penalties: $150.00, then $250.00 and 30 days in jail.

Immunization: A rabies vaccine, administered by a licensed veterinarian, is required for a dog 3 months or older. Penalties: $150.00, then $250.00 and 30 days in jail.

Dear Anonymous.....
I'm really anxious to see you at our meeting on 4/19/06. You sure have a bunch to say...hope you'll show up and talk in person like you do as ''Anonymous'' on the ''Talk About It''. I have a feeling that won't happen. ''Anonymous'' is very safe for you, but come to the meeting and speek your ''mind'' in person. I have a feeling you wouldn't have as much to say since the ''CLUB'' has everything documented to back up our records. I welcome you to be a part of ''THE CLUB'' that you joined when you purchaced YOUR HOME.
