I am fairly newer to this subdivision. I moved here in July 2007. I choose this neighborhood because it is a nice neighborhood. Quiet and looks like there isn't much trouble. Houses are nice and so far the nieighbors have been friendly. I am starting to second guess this to be a nice neighborhood due to all the recent breakins. It is very scary. Someone has to see something, it is happening in broad daylight. I am having a security system installed next week, just to more on the safe side. I have a # of a reasonable ADT rep, if you are thinking about installing a system. You don't have to have a LAN line telephone, you can use your cellphone(s).Just let me know if anyone would like the #. He has day, evening and weekend apts avaliable.
I know if I see or hear anything unusual, I will contact the police. I would rather be safe than sorry.
I do look forward to meeting new people this summer.
