Neigh....you are as much of the association as I am.  I have a full time job, duties at home as everone has...I wish there  was a magical energy that appeared to take care of all of our problems, but that's not the way it works.  I'm not sure why you're so angry, but hopefully you'll take a breath and realize we're here to help ourselves.  Unless you're willing to throw the towel in to help, then I'm not sure why you aren't willing to be a part of the "clean up".   I didn't attack anyone. You would like someone other than yourself to take care of all your concerns, but it takes team work. all working homeowners.  Be a part of the FIX.  Don't be so angry!

Dear hug. I wasn't angry at the time of FIRST question! Seems though, you may be? Im a homeowner, yes. And now, that's ALL i'll be as far a in your useless assoc. Just had a question, and you couldn't answer it so YOU became angry,not me.  I can now answer my own question, WE'LL DO   WHAT WE WANT, WHEN WE WANT ON OUR PROPERTY! AS EVERYONE ELSE SEEMS TO DO & GET BY WITH IT.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do.  It's OUR association ( I know that's hard to accept).  If you can't work with people, and don't get answers that suit you, then I don't know what else to say.  It's clear you want someone else to take care of all your issues.  Well, that's why the association struggles because of that train of thought.

You do not even collect association dues. We never signed any rules at our closing. So how can you even act like an association even exists ? There are far too many rentals in this neighborhood now anyways, so how can you kieep up with who lives here ?
