Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

As the majority of homeowners in our community know, the annual dues are $30.00 to maintain the common grounds (entrances, access lot and detention area).  There are several people in arrears on their dues but thankfully the responsible owners have carried the burden to see that these areas are maintained.  If you know of a neighbor that has recently moved in, please let them know as well as give them our website.  For those of you reading this discussion topic and would like to send in your dues, please mail to: HHHA, PO Box 189, Lockbourne OH 43137.  Thank you.  Until homeowners start paying their dues, the common grounds will not be maintained because there is no money to maintain them. 

Hello Hamilton Highlands,  Some of you might have seen my husband and I out mowing the enterance side of Harshaw where the sign is.  I also weeded the flowerbed.  I hope the other owners will step up to mow and weed the parts connected to their property or come out and help with maintaining the aresa until the due start to be paid again. Im not sure what will become of the retention area with out a mowing.  Brenda we will be mailing our dues in soon. Thanks you for reposting the mailing info.  I hope others will take the hint and pay the 2012 dues too. We all need to support the efforts of the association. The association is for the good of the neighborhood.  Without the moving of the areas we are only bringing down the area. Please pay your dues for the year.

Well said 1400 Tera......it's all about "responsibily".  We all want our home values to hold in this amazing time of the downfall of homeownership.  If we've never pulled together before...now's the time to do it!

This whole post just exhausts me....thanks to Brenda for having the patients.  Complaining over $30.00 a year???...you're making your own "red tape".  The bottom line...regardless of any "CODES"...if we don't get money (i.e. DUES) our neighborhood will just become a "hood".  Exhaust your efforts on defeating your own investment.
