Hampden Court Condominium Association is the ideal location for owners "on the go." Located within minutes of the Denver Tech Center, shopping centers and access to I-25 and I-225, Hampden Courts location is hard to beat.

Hampden Court consists of 168 homes in fourteen buildings. One, two, three bedroom even townhomes are located within the community. Hampden Court monthly maintenance fees range from $112.00 to $188.00 per month. Included with the fees is complete exterior maintenance, landscape care, snow removal, trash removal and use of all ammenities.

Hampden Court boasts a swimming pool, hot tub and suana. The clubhouse is available for rental to owners for those special occasions.

Hampden Court employs a full time on-sight maintenance employee to assist with the daily up-keep within the Community.

Parking in the private parking lots is controlled by a gate card entrance system.

Hampden Court is professionally managed by Tyler Community Management Inc., (TCMI). TCMI works directly with a Board of Managers who are elected by the membership to serve as the Association decision makers. Five owners currently serve as Managers for the Community.

Meetings of the Managers are conducted on the third Wednesday of every month. The meetings are open to all members of the Association and are held at the Clubhouse beginning at 7:00 PM.
