Please read all the way through and re-read for possible answers that may be overlooked.
The original attempt within the last 3-4 years was to create a
"Neighborhood Association" w/under $100.00 for the entire neighborhood paperwork fee for the state. That has ceased.
Now, within the handout from Chuck Weber and Bob Trusty , toward the back of the packet after the examples of fences mailboxes etc. on the back side of a page ( I do not have the handout in front of me) there is the statement regarding the HOA that Mr Trusty has.
Regarding leadership that was mentioned. There needs to be order and organization for the neighborhood to succeed in what everyone desires to take place collectively. Nothing more than that. I do not desire to push the neighborhood in any direction or be in charge. I am only the messenger of what information I know so far. I choose to share with you as neighbors to be informed and know what truly is out there. The worst thing Hampton Meadow neighbors could do is make this a disrespectful, slanderous brawl. The neighborhood will get no where. With that thought in mind there needs to be a spokesperson (leader) with a small team to assist after gathering information from everyone that desires to share.
I am thankful and also sorry that Lucas has had to go as far as he has in being informed. Thankfully he has a lot of knowledge and this will help all of us in Hamton Meadows.
There will be updates and please continue to share with your neighbors and encourage them to share there thoughts on this site. Let us all be respectfull and constructive with criticism
