I just moved in and do not pay HOA fees. I understand that there is a builders covenant ONLY that protects the integrity of the builders plan.
I DO NOT want an HOA and am leery of anyone who states they're oopsed to an HOA, but then states they would like to be prez.
That does not make sense at all.
We do however need to determine who does the upkeep on the Neighborhood Hampton Meadows sign and bushes etc It's beginning to look pretty bad. That should be kept up regardless of whether we have an HOA or not. Anyone want to comment ?
Oh, one more thing.. who is this Nancy person that has proclaimed herself the knowledge expert of HOA's for this Neighborhood?
Actually, to be quite frank, HOA's are not that difficut to understand.
I am totally opposed to one but there are instances in the Neighborhood where people have apparently willfully broken the AGREED UPON rules. If we keep things up ourselves maybe then there would be no reason for someone to impose an HOA. Just sayin ...
