Hampton's at Thorngate

Unfortunately, I'll be unable to attend the annual meeting on the 3rd. I would appreciate if anyone could share what happened at in as detailed as possible. I'm particularly interested in lawn and snow removal since the notice seemed to suggest it may be up to the owners' to do it in the future. Yikes! Had I wanted to shovel or mow, I would have chosen a more appropriate residence...
