The blessings of the thousands of coats donated by all our area neighbors for todays Warm A Heart Coat Giveaway Day we should give thanks too and we give thanks to all who helped. We had some great volunteers sorting on Wednesday and the three youth from the Alternate High School were the best to get us started. Six adults followed in the afternoon with a youth volunteer and a homeless adult who helped and then left with a needed coat to ward off the cold.
We also will share our bountiful coat supply with Woonsocket to help them get started today and probably some for Providence if needed later
