Harmony Woods is made up of 482 residences, 247 in the Maintenance Corporation and 235 in the Civic Association.

The official title of the community is Harmony Crest, Section III, Phase I Maintenance Corporation/Harmony Woods Civic Association, Inc. The HCMC/HWCA is mandated to pay fees to the State of Delaware and New Castle County each year.

The welfare, safety and security of the community is the number one goal of the Board of Directors which is made up of four elected officials: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer and three appointed Senior Ad
