what can be done about party's being thrown on Garrison about every 2 weeks?THey get way out of hand with music in the streets,everyone outside yelling,driving on the lawns, and even guns have been shot off.You want to feel safe in your neighborhood and now you can't.What to do?

I have received numerous complaints apparently after the last party occurred!  The Board has contacted the Police Department, and we are seeking to get some type of off duty police officer that rides the neighborhood every weekend.

I fear that the summer will bring more chaos and so we will step up the patrols in the summer.  We will get this handled immediately.
