Most neighborhoods have some type of physical characteristic that marks their territory such as creeks, train tracks, streets and parks.  Revolution Park has a major one-the Interstate 77 underpass at West Boulevard.  While I-77 is an easy identifier for a boundary the underpass is by far the unfriendliest area for pedestrians in our community, physically and aesthetically.  What do you think we can do about these leftover spaces to make them more attractive?
