All of your information should be mailed to Keith Jaros at 107 Meramec Ridge Drive, Fenton, Mo. 63026.  I thought the villiage and tax office included a stamped self address envelope with each news letter.  But, I guess not to every one.  You may also put your filled out form into an envelope and drop it into my mailbox.  Thanks, Keith
