Today, I once again removed a blue plastic bag full of dog feces from the drainage ditch in my backyard.  Despite my previous request that dog owners not place bags of dog feces down storm sewers, some of which empty into drainage ditches on residential property, this disgusting practice continues.  Please dispose of your dog's feces on your own property.
