Mission Statement: We, the residents and property owning members of the Heart of the West Side Neighborhood Association, sharing a commitment and respect for the area that we call "home" will work diligently and actively to improve, preserve and protect the aesthetic qualities and the overall quality of life in our neighborhood.
Heart of the West Side Neighborhood Association is open to all Neighbors, Business and Faith Partners in the area. By joining your assoication you can get to know your neighbors, be part of building a good safe community and participate in all Neighborhood Assoication sponsored activities. Plan to attend the next Association Meeting held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Salvation Army 6pm

The Heart of the West Side Neighborhood Association is organized to improve, preserve, and protect the aesthetic qualities and the overall quality of life within the Heart of the West Side Neighborhood. The specific functions of the neighborhood association will include, but will not be limited to, crime prevention, safety issues for all residents, improvement of property maintenance, residential unit rehabilitation, removal of all refuse and other health hazards, and streetscape improvements.
