I was notified of a couple of complaints from our neighbors regarding the current situation with the Bridgforth-managed subdivisions being built ''behind us'' and at the stubbed end of Bell Ridge (the dead end to the north side of Bell Forrest pointed towards Oak Grove and Church Rd).
One issue was that the construction grading seems to have intruded into our properties and potentially or nearly ''our backyards''. As well as mounding unsightly dirt over onto ''our side'' of the grass on the Bell Ridge dead end side.
Additionally, it was noted that there may have been a car or two that may have been parked by construction workers in that Bell Ridge dead end for ''easy access'' to their work area.
These issues were reported to the Olive Branch Building department and they are today (Monday - 8/14) supposed to have an inspector visiting our area to look into this.
I will post a follow up message upon speaking either with their office or the inspector.
