Has anyone else noticed the man who lives at 1456 E Hedrick revs his truck when people try to sleep? He also has dogs that bark all night. Many, Many people leave their dogs out at night, I realize they want to protect their property but they could just as easily keep them inside and the dogs would bark if anyone was near. PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOGS IN AT NIGHT SO WE MAY SLEEP
