When a crime in progress is being observed citizens MUST call the dispatchers @ 911 or 726-3911

I wonder if this guy is pulling our leg with these? reports??????

I know if I called any of the numbers the police do come although sometimes slower than I want, but I can not believe the police would not call back on something like this or just check it out....to see if a real or bs scene.

Maybe he is not reporting about it but on the stuff and in his dream world.
