If what you are discussing does not appeal to 100% of people than it is not a PIF.  Passing It Forward means working together to help make things better from this point forward.  If what you are discussing in your board meetings has to do with something that has happened in the past - Let it go!  If you want to complain - STOP!  If on the other hand you want to work together and create ways to make a situation better from this point forward, then yes - It is a PIF moment.  For more information go to www.aunitedworld.org
