This morning, there was a disgusting discarded Tahoe cigarette butt in the street in front of Unit 234. It's too bad, because the perp has been flying under the radar since sometime in October. We'd all hoped that he'd decided to straighted up, but it was simply not to be. I wonder what the new year will bring? Will we see a rash of perp related problems? Maybe deputy sheriff Barney Fife can ''Nip it in the bud''.
