SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATONS

1.    The pool will open Memorial Day and continue in operation through Labor Day.
2.    Pool hours are from 11:00am until 8:00pm seven days a week.
3.    During inclement weather, emergencies or mechanical  breakdown, the pool management    company will determine whether the pool will open or close.
4.    All residents must have a pool pass and sign in to be admitted to the pool.
5.    Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
6.    Children under 12 years of age must leave the pool area at 6:00pm unless accompanied by an adult.   (Adult Hour).
7.     All bathers should shower before entering the pool.
8.     All children using the baby pool must be either toilet trained or wear appropriate type pants to prevent contamination of the pool.
9.     No cuts or bandages allowed in the pool.
10.   No glass containers of any kind allowed in the pool area.
11.   No alcoholic beverages allowed in the pool area.
12.   No smoking within five feet of the swimming pool.
13.   No running or horseplay of any kind in the pool area.
14.   No diving into pool from 3 feet to 4 feet.
