A
ACCESS MANAGEMENT GROUP
HERITAGE LAKE
HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
Dear Heritage Lake Homeowner:
On behalf of Access Management, let me express how pleased we are to be working for you! We will
make every effort to reward the Board’s decision to employ us. Together, we can enhance and
improve your property values. We will strive to make your lifestyle more enjoyable and as hassle free
as possible.
Our first major thrust will be to assist the new Board with the Financial and Records Area. Our
computer programs were designed for Community Association Management and all the information is
“real time” with current activity.
Other initiatives will be the Enforcement of Covenants, Landscaping and Pool Operations. Again,
these will be “hand in hand” approaches to make certain we maintain the community to the desired
standards.
The enclosed Modifications Forms works in conjunction with your Architectural Control Committee.
They must approve all alterations and structural changes to the exterior of your Property. Please
submit the form and the approval process will be expedited for you. DO NOT start or purchase any
material until plans are approved.
Notify us immediately of any deficiencies in your amenities. Most inspections are completed during
daylight hours so we will not know about inoperative entrance or streetlights. A call to our office
should rectify these problems.
Our goal as Managing Agent for your is to maintain the highest level of service while striving to create
a community of neighbors, not just homeowners. Volunteerism is vital to the health of all community
associations. Generally, no special skills are needed beyond a sincere with to participate and make
things better..
Sincerely,
Andrea Haywood
