I have been hearing much lately about how much this Board in Heritage Place is acting like the Soup Nazis from Seinfeld in regards to letters/warnings sent to homeowners. I feel as though many of us who keep our houses very nice are being harassed by this board to make fixes that they will not even do to their own homes.
I hear the next item on their list is to force all homes whose light post is closer than 6 ft to the sidewalk, to have them moved out 6 ft or more?? If this is true this could be a huge expense to many homeowners in HP. What will this do to the looks of the neighborhood, not much in my opinion.
Why don't they spend their time (it seems as though these people have a ton of time) on those really unsightly homes, homes that have horrible yards, haven't ever been repainted since the house was built and the rental houses that are not even mowed instead of bugging those of us who take pride in our homes and are doing our best during a very difficult economy to just "keep up" with repairs?
