Heritage Sun City Condominiums

Think twice about buying a unit here!!   My Mom recently bought a unit here and wanted to have a few of the ladies in for a ONE time Norwex party.  (similar to a Tupperware party but only natural cleaning products)   She received a letter threatening to fine her and if she didn't pay the fine they would put a lien against her unit and charge her court/legal fees on top of it.   They allow the above realtor to write business on their property, they help their insurance agent by soliciting for him and he writes business there but the homeowners that pay their (high) HOA's are not allowed a one time party that they don't make any money from.   The Board of Directors consist of bullies and busy bodies that have nothing better to do than give people a hard time.

Obviously a transplant who doesn't understand Arizona HOA regulations.  HOAs  are meant to protect good and gracious people from ladies like this, who want to come into a community living place and do what they feel like doing.
