What happened to cleaning up the pond? The pond has been an eye sore since Fox Ridge Builders sold their MODEL home and/or the neighbor hood got involve with the management of our common area property.The association said they were going to try to correct this problem 2 years ago. Neighbors in charge, try asking Gasser Management how they treated the pond in the mid to late 90's. When it always looked NICE.

The reason the pond has deteriorated is not the change of management, it is the silt that has continuosly and slowly come into the pond from the contruction in Willoughby Station. If we had tried to dredge or aerate too soon, more silt would come in, and we would have spent several thousand dollars for nothing. We are in the process of getting quotes from businesses who will dredge/and or aerate the pond for us. I would also like to re-stock it once that is done. We also plan on putting a bridge and walking trail around the pond once that is done. I'll Step up

I have seen messages complaining about ''who should have done what''. or ''why doesn't someone do this''... I have lived here 5 months now. And up until now I havent stepped up either. But I plan on being at the next board meeting, and volunteering my time. It would be nice to see some of the ''Authors'' from this board do the same. I'm not trying to slam anyone.. But We all live here!
