Is there any new information about the status of the community pools? I'm concerned as I haven't seen anyone working on them since early Feb. Summer is quickly approaching and we haven't received any word as to what the new process will be for getting keys, when it will open, when the construction will be complete, etc.
Lastly, why is it so important for our homes to look good for resale/property values and yet the pool sits there looking out dated and neglected? (Cords hanging out of dingy water, tools on the edge of the pool...) Sad sight to see day after day, morning and night.
