When is the line crossed in a neighborhood when kids’ playing is just way too loud?
I mean the sound of kids playing is one thing but when there's about 6-8 kids running up and down the streets yelling and screaming and also throwing their tennis ball up against the garage door. They look to be “supervised” by someone out in the yard but they act as if they can care less how much noise they are making. I would hate to go over there and say something only because I would look like the bad guy if they were to turn it around on me and say “it’s just kids playing” or something like that.
What to do within reason of not creating conflict?
