I have recently learned that I am responsible for plumbing under the building I live in.
Plumbing pipes run all the length of our building in Hickory Valley. They are in very bad shape according to professionals. Recently the area under my condo stopped up
and water backed up in my condo. I have had to replace floors, etc. etc. Beware!
