2007 HOA Dues ?– January 1, 2007 -- Annual dues of $165 for 2007 are due on January 1, 2007. If you choose to pay quarterly, $45 quarterly dues are also due January 1, 2007. A timely payment by January 31, 2007, will help you avoid a $27 late fee. 2006 Fourth Quarter Dues were due on October 1, 2006. Payments should be sent to Hidden Lake HOA, PO Box 156, Fairview, TN 37062; or give to Spenser Aden (Treasurer) at 7208 Hidden Lake Drive.

Children?’s Fall Gathering -- everyone should have received a flyer about this October 31, 2006, event. Homeowners should have RSVPed before October 10th to participate. As a reminder, this gathering will be at 6:00 p.m. between 7220 & 7222 Hidden Lake Drive.

A QUORUM is needed (so please attend or provide a written/signed proxy) for this HOA meeting as we will be:
?· Approving the 2007 HOA budget
?· Nominating 2007 HOA Board Officers (election to be held at the first HOA meeting in 2007)
?· Approving a HOA Management Company

HOA Meeting Discussions:
1) Additional Streetlights
2) Long Range goals for the HOA ?– what would you like to see in place five (5) years down the road.
3) ACC Updates (i.e. home project approvals, landscaping)
