I have a feeling that people will be checking out this website with the latest violent crime that happened in our neighborhood.
While we ain't Lake Forest or Cherokee Triangle or Hurstbourne, we are one of the best places to live in Louisville.
We have very affordable housing prices of good housing stock with a fantastic bundle of amenities (Bon Air Center shops, the Library, close to hospitals, other shopping, the park,).
Folks, we make the Highgate Springs/Bon Air neighborhood what it is by what we do and by what we DON'T do. Apathy is the biggest enemy.
The neighborhood will decline if we together don't do something. Problems are knocking on our door and so are opportunities to make our neighborhood better.
Consider coming to the next association meeting-see the front page of the web site. Consider joining. It is affordable to join ($25.00/year).
Become part of a neighborhood watch.
The neighborhood needs people to act like interested and involved citizens and not mere residents staying inside their homes. The more people cooperating with police, the safer our neighborhood will be.
