Highland Acres/Lakeside Heights

Messages have been left at the phone number designated for the HOA (between the mailbox being full and not allowing messages).  Over 27 times calls have been made since 2014 by myself, my husband, and daughter.  Nancy has the email from my attorney proving, by documentation, that we have followed the HOA guidelines to exempt us from dues. Twice the information was mailed to the HOA PO Box, once in August 2013 and again in October 2014. 

The HOA has been called 27 times over the years, messages have been left. Half of the time the mailbox is full and doesn't allow for messages to be left. Further more twice proper information, that validates the information to be exempt from dues, was sent to the HOA PO box. Once in 2013 and another in 2014. I emailed the proof of the mailed letter from 2013 before closing on the sale of the home. The only time Nancy will respond to emails is if a title company inquires into a lien. She won't reply to our Attorney who has also sent an email stating that the information presented was sufficient to lift the lien. No reply and no lifting of the lien. 

Twice documentation was presented to the HOA, once in 2013 and another in 2014. The proof of information that was mailed to the HOA was emailed. Our attorney has also emailed and no reply. If the HOA would be willing to write a check reimbursing for the dues that were charged, due to not following their own bylaws, we can settle this amicably without any further action.
