Administration and Records
The Records Unit is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by calling 717-975-7575. Appointments may be made for after hour appointments as needed
The Unit is staffed by the Records Supervisor and Records Clerks. The Unit is responsible for the accurate entry of all calls for service, criminal investigations, traffic and non-traffic citations, accident reports, warning notices and parking tickets prepared by the department.
Police Reports
Copies of police and accident investigation reports may be obtained from the Records Unit. Incident reports can be obtained for $10.00 and accident reports for $15.00. The Township has a Right to Know Policy and all requests should be made in writing. A copy of the Township's Right to Know policy is displayed in the Police Department lobby.
