Highland Hills Neighborhood Association

I was looking for the neighborhood charter for Highland Hills,Im basically trying to find out what can be done about the recent upsurge of loud "roosters"in the area,Ive lived here most of my life,like my parents and grandparents and it is a recent developement,
problem number two,awhile back a friend of mine from the north side of town came for a visit,he got the impression that this was a bad neighborhood,he got that idea from looking at the overgrown grass on the sidewalks of Fair Avenue and Goliad Road,I have to agree they look terrible,they belong to the city,maybe if they would come and clean that mess up then the people could take care of it after that.It has looked like that probably since before alot of the people moved in.pretty bad.

I agree, this area does need to be tended to. Especially the trash people seem to leave.. is it that hard to carry it to a trach can? We live in an area where a city lot is adjacent to our home.. I just call '' 311'' and tell them it needs to be mowed. Try that, and see if that works.
